1. About IGRIS

IGRIS Consulting provides strategic consulting, decision support, business perspective, conversation and listening sessions. These services are educational and reflective in nature.

2. Booking & Payment

Sessions are confirmed only after payment verification. During Phase 1, bookings are handled manually through Instagram or official email.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule at least 12 hours before the scheduled session. Missed appointments without prior notice may not be eligible for rescheduling.

4. Confidentiality

Every conversation is treated as confidential. IGRIS will not intentionally share your personal information or discussion contents with third parties unless required by applicable law.

5. Service Disclaimer

IGRIS is not a medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal or financial service. Sessions should not be considered a substitute for licensed professional treatment or legal advice.

6. Client Responsibility

Clients remain fully responsible for the decisions they make before, during and after any session. IGRIS provides perspective and structured thinking—not guaranteed outcomes.

7. Refund Policy

Refund requests will be reviewed individually. If a session has already been completed, refunds are generally not applicable except in exceptional circumstances.
